Full-Time Year-Round Positions

Base Operations Manager

We have an immediate opening for a Base Operations Manager.  This is a senior management position reporting to the General Manager, with oversight of several departments including Buildings & Grounds Maintenance, Parking & Shuttle Operations, Rental & Retail Shops.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in a management position, is a generalist in the ski industry with a working knowledge of ski area operations including revenue centers, and has strong building maintenance skills.

The ideal candidate must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, work in all types of environments and access all areas of the mountain and facilities by foot, vehicle, chairlift, ATV, and snowmobile in all weather conditions.

A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent is required, college degree preferred.

This is a full-time year-round position including weekend and holiday work as needed and being on call for emergencies.

Facilities Supervisor 

We have an immediate opening for a Facilities Supervisor who is a licensed electrician and has a strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, alarm systems, OSHA regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintenance and repairs to buildings, building systems and equipment, and performing other duties required of the Buildings & Grounds team.

The ideal candidate must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, work in all types of environments and access all areas of the mountain and facilities by foot, vehicle, chairlift, ATV, and snowmobile in all weather conditions.

A high school diploma or equivalent, electrician’s license, valid driver’s license, and 3 to 5 years of experience in a specific trade or in general building maintenance and repair are required.

This is a full-time year-round position including weekend and holiday work as needed and being on call for emergencies.

Seasonal Positions

IT Support Specialist

We have an immediate opening for an entry-level IT Support Specialist to work 40 hours per week.   Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, end-user support as well as support of our Siriusware point-of-sale network, Mitel PBX phone system and copiers.

Must be helpful and friendly, have strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.   The ability to prioritize with attention to detail is a must.

The position requires the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed, access all sites on the mountain, lift up to 50lbs., stand, sit, bend, kneel and climb ladders to reach computer equipment and cabling.

A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of IT experience are required.   Additional certifications are a plus.  There will be ongoing training opportunities built into this position.
